If you would like an item for an exchange or return, please indicate the reason for the exchange or return on the back of your packing slip. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, insure all items in the package and mail it to:

For Returns and Exchanges where it was misplaced/misshiped, loss, breakage, spoilage, or error on our part, please contact us and we will immediately send a label for replacement.

Refunds are given in the same method as payment (such as a refund to your credit card.) In all other cases, store credit will be given.

Orders placed by noon CST are processed daily from Monday-Friday and will ship that same day. All other orders placed after noon CST, please allow 1 extra business day to process.

We offer the following shipping options

Ground - 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. We are located in Alabama. Usually it would take 3 days to West Coast and 1-2 days to Central and East Coast. Perishables items need be shipped at either Express or 2nd Day Priority. If you order a perishable product with the unappropriate shipping method, we will contact before shipping to approve the additional shipping cost. Non-perisable goods can be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS with the following available shipping methods.

Ground Home Delivery - 3-4 Business days depending on location.

2nd Day Air/Priority - 2 Business days

Next Day Air/Express - 1 business day

Next Day Priority Overnight

Our team and staff take very seriously placing orders on time and we have an efficient
process to do so. During the month of December and other peak times, we may require additional time, however, if that is the case we will immediately contact you and inform you accordingly. There might be items that are out of stock at the time of order placement but we will inform you immediately and let you know when product is available and expected date of order fullfillment.

Flat Rate Specials
On selected weeks, we will run specials with Flat rate shipping on products on our "Specials" section or on orders greater than $99 and on Special offers for Hams.

Become a member of RG&T by signing up to receive newsletters that will inform you when these specials are occurring. Only items that are not perishable will apply for flat rate shipping, others will be shipped on 2nd Day Air and shipping fees applied and added to the customer's order.


Hams are shipped FedEx GROUND when FREE SHIPPING is offered, any expedited service request will be charged to customer. Shipping charges are based on estimated shipping rates from FedEx, UPS and USPS plus the cost of handling and carefully packing your order.
