The Mas Portell Natural Infused Olive Oils is elaborated with the most traditionalsystems of maceration withthe use of only dehydrated natural ingredients. The infuse mixtures mature for a month before they are bottled, to intensify its strength, aroma and flavor. This oil is infused with dried crushed, selected basil herbs from our estate fields in the province of Lleida, Catalonia. This gastronomic speciality is recommended for grilled fish, barbecues, omelettes and sauces such as pesto.
